5 days to go

Its 18th jan 2010 just 5 days and my college life ends unbelievable how time flies so fast. Trying to convince myself that I'll keep in touch wid all my friends but the truth is we won't be getting together back in the same environment maybe a few get together or convocation but it won't be the same again. Well lets see where our fate takes us to.
was just reading something from the toi
"http://lite.epaper.timesofindia.com/mobile.aspx?article=yes&pageid=24&edlabel=CAP&mydateHid=17-01-2010&pubname=&edname=&articleid=Ar02402&format=&publabel=TOI"

Its related to the Ruchika's case. Something that should make any person's blood boil with anger. Cannibal is how these people be called. How could you even do such thing with a human being. I wonder what should be the punishment for such a heinous crime .

Homo Sapiens complex are the minds of these creatures walking on the earth and calling themselves the most superior creation of god. Yet they are vulnerable to abstract things like "homesickness" . I am not trying to be Socrates just trying to explain my situation during the 1st year of my college it seemed as if sailing in the endless sea upon the wrecks of a broken ship .
My 1st sem results came out and i was 6.1 (on 10 point scale) a slap to my dignity (being a 80 % throughout) but today those numbers seem to be milestones as i continued with 5.3, 5.4, 5.7 .....
Okay fine no more talks about the studies. My roommate Priyank was wise enough to bring a Desktop the only specimen to be found on our floor. As a consequence we had "flocks" of people entering and leaving our room for movies internet etc etc .. i too had learned about making e-mail id's by that time (ya as a sophomore i never had known anything about computers). One saturday night at about 12:00 (don't remember the month but it was not chilling winter for sure) we were approached by few of our colleagues with a jolly smiles on their faces . Well as they had interrupted my novel (or maybe my shag time ) i was hardly interested in their intent i complained about late night but the leader of the group passed me something which turned out to be a DVD and said "3 gb maal hai " . With that they all grouped around the antique PC each one trying to get the most comfortable seat it took me some time to realize what they were talking about (hope u guys r wiser than me :) ) . At home these things were confined only to f-tv and sometimes magazines by friends but never before i had seen a girl getting laid ( ya it was an unfortunate truth :( ). That night the warden was on hostel inspection an someone spotted him from the window and soon there was chaotic situation in the room everybody running back to their rooms . ................. Now i remember it was a beautiful night and the cold breeze was blowing on my face , Priyank had lent me his compartment for the night it was a beautiful movie and for the first time i had seen the what was in Hindi movies often left secluded by mere words as "MILAN" or "SANGAM" of two bodies . Thanks to the leader who forgot the disk in the pc and a thousand times thanks to my roomie "pari" who was gentle enough to give me some privacy.

My first Blog

Hey guys ,
namaste
i am ankur and i'm from varanasi. Just got recruited with the infosys and a few days left in college so decided to get some things out of my chest. Back from old memories trying to remember the day when we entered the college with curiosity and lot of expectations .
It was november 2006 , guna , MP , Jaypee Institute Of Engg & Technology.
Within few days we understood that our entire 4 years were to be confined within the boundaries of the academic block (except for the vacations and ocassional bunks of course ) . The proximity of hostels to our Academic block was so less that it seemed to be a constant reminder for the influence of the studies and faculties on our life.
The regisatrar Brig. Sood was so strict regarding the ragging rules that we had almost no incidents of getting ragged by any of our seniors .
I was alloted hostels with 2 of my colleagues from the computer science department and we still are proud roomates the only "tikari" to maintain roomate status even after nearly three and a half years . I parted from my parents in almost tears and was first time about to spend time away from them .
The entire 3.5 years in JIET guna half of the time i was either playing lan games or worrying about my grades the rest half were spent in making startegies for the lan games (a small confession from my part). Life was a disaster in first year . I remember how soon the exams and assignments rained the entire year a new experience altogether of the fu****** stuff termed as "continuous evaluation " better known as "constant da***" . Damn!!! so much stuff to study and exams r tomorrow ...... man i wannaa go home.
